Suggest Treatment For Pain And Restricted Movement In The Elbow Post Injury

In a basketball game I dove for the ball with one arm and the kill landed on my elbow and I heard a snap. I tried to still play and pass and I couldn t extend my elbow without it hurting. Now it has been 8 months and it s still swollen on the top when i fully extend.

Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that it would have been some dislocation and ligament injury at the elbow joint. I think you should have an X-ray done and then consult back. Till then you can have some NSAIDs.
