Suggest Treatment For Pain And Restricted Movement In The Shoulder

Hello Doctor .. yesterday i fell down and i am getting shoulder pain. I am moving my shoulder perfectly and i am not able to move my hand upside. when i am trying to roll down my right shoulder is getting some pain. I didnt find any bone fracture . Please advise me some medicine

hello there,
As mentioned by u there doesn't seem to be any fracture so u can safely take tablet zerodol P twice daily and tablet ultracet SOS if pain is severe.
give rest to ur shoulder with a support.
