Hi so I have a tight foreskin and this is the first time I ve successfully retracteded it last the head. It s so sensitive that I went to have a shower and passed out due to a mixture of pain and sensitivity is their a quick fix because it feels so uncomfortable in my pants

If it is very tight and painful, don't try to pull it back. It is better to go for circumcision. That is good. While having sex also, it is easy. No problem.
