Hello,

As you are a hairdresser you may have developed something called a repetitive stress injury. Which is common in most professionals. Doing regular stretching exercises and strengthening exercises will help reduce the symptoms and improve muscle functions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
