Hi,
You are going through so much pain.
Fibromyalgia causes a lot of pain and is a chronic condition and sadly the pain has to be tolerated for chronic ailments.
However, I feel you could consult your
rheumatologist for change in pain killers as maybe you have developed tolerance to the current pain medications.
Also, applying hot fomentation to the joints will help relieve pain and let you relax.
The
tiredness, pain is all due to fibromyalgia and so opting for a different set of pain killers as recommended by the rheumatologist may help along with
aerobics.
About GERD I hope you are on medication. If not you can take Tablet
Omeprazole available over the counter once a day in the morning half an hour before breakfast for a month.
Also, eat small frequent meals and sleep only after 2 hours of night meal to prevent reflux.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Riyanka Chail, General & Family Physician
