I AM SUFFERING FROM PIGMENTED VILLONUDLAR SYNOVITIS IN MY LEFT KNEE JOINT FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS. I HAVE DONE ORTHOSCOPY TWO TIMES but got no relief in swelling and pain.latest x-ray shows reduction of space in my joint. Kindly guide me how this problem can be overcome. Thanks
