Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Left Side Of Chest

Hi, This is naveed here.i am feeling pain under the heart, also i feel swelling on this side, i ve checked by ECG and it s clear according to report, but still i am feeing pain and have swelling.also feeling pain complete left side of chest, arm and it goes to back side also.i checked to many doctors and took medicines, but no relief.....kindly suggest me any test or good doctor.Thanks

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your cardiac work up is normal, I think you are having muscular pain mostly.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
5. Avoid movement s causing pain.
6. Wear chest belt to avoid mobilisation of affected area.
If not improving in 5 days than get done chest x ray.
