Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Ankles

hi there i have got quite bad ligament damage in my ankle i had the accident sat 10th june and i am flying on holiday thursday 22nd june it is quite swollen still and painful to touch i can weight bare okay just a little concerned the flight is a short hour am i okay to fly? thanks

@ Recommendations for better recovery

$ Keep the leg elevated over 3 pillows when resting .
$ Ice application 3 - 4 times a day .
$ Local application of analgesic spray or ointment would be of great help
$ Ibuprofen tablet 2 times a day after meals .
