..Hi.. this morning .. my clitoris got pain suddenly.. Very painful when wash with water... My period for dis month delay.. My discharge heavy... Yellowish .. . Do you have burning during urination? No Is there any history of diabetes? My grandmother & my dad Is there any history of sexual abuse? No.. still virgin.. Is there any history of sexually transmitted disease? No Is there any history of any surgical procedure in that area? No Is there any history of repeated yeast infections? Yes
Hello dear I understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection, contact dermatitis I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, urine routine tests and vaginal swab test to confirm the cause. Doctor will give you following advises: Single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole Apply clingen and lactobacilli suppository Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar Warm water sitz bath Mild steroid ointment application can be useful Wear pure cotton loose inner Drink plenty of water and take healthy diet Hope this may help you
