Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Knee After Injury

I fell and hit my right knee on concrete a week ago, it became slightly swollen and was painful initially, but has gradually improved and have hardly any pain. There is still puffiness around the knee cap and you can still feel puffiness around the knee. Should I be concerned? It seems like it s getting better except for the puffiness.

Hello,

The absence of other signs, like pain, redness and heat on the area, suggests that there is no infection going on, so I wouldn't worry at this point.
Keep applying ice pads on the area whenever you can and keep an eye on the development of other symptoms I mentioned above.

I hope you feel better soon. All the best.
