Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Knee After Injury

I have had 2 arthroscopic knee surgeries on my right knee over the past couple of years. Torn meniscus both times. I am about 8 months after my last surgery, and I twisted my knee a bit. Since this has occurred I have had a burning pain in the interior meniscal area. I have had swelling along with this. When I stand on hard surfaces for a long time it is worse. Thoughts? Should I go back to see my orthopedic surgeon? Thanks

If the pain and the burning sensation is'nt going away with time and usage of prescribed painkillers then You better have it looked at by your surgeon. It is a clear indication for a follow-up check up.
