Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Neck And Arm

Hello Doctors, My name is Tianya and I was in a car chase and I was rammed in the back going 65 miles an hour. Now my left arm is swollen and throbbing from my neck down to the fingers. I ve been to th ER and they muscle strain. It s only getting worse. What should I do?

You have consulted to er ...
So after neurological and physical examination they might have reach to the conclusion of muscle strain ...

If swelling and difficult movement more than x ray taken to rule out fracture

Meanwhile ibuprofen 200 mg BD taken for five days ...
Hot compress can be applied ...
Take rest
Avoid strenous work ..
