Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Toes

Hi, this is weird. My left big toe just tried to leave my foot(that what it felt like). It pulled to right as far as could go and hurt up my leg up toward my knew. First time. Have had such happen to my fingers. Reallycauses pain. I am hyptthyroid, have psacoriatic (ms) arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to recheck uric acid levels as with psoriasis sometimes they tend to increase too and may cause such symptoms. Otherwise, inflammatory arthritis may present with flares for which it will need anti-inflammatory drugs as well as steroid pulses. Rheumatologist review is recommended.
