About the washing part if you do , don't use any soap or shampoo to wash your vagina cause will irritate more the skin , only water .Keep the skin dry and clean and use cotton underwear so it can take the moisture of.
Emla can cause your burning so if you can't stand the burning dont use it any more , talk to your treating doctor to take something else .
The discharge that you have might be yeast infection when it's white,watery , cottage cheese-like consistency,but sometimes woman with
herpes can have clear fluid when the blisters rupture So to be sure about yeast infection you have to go to the doctor, he will see your skin and maybe if it neccesary ,you can do an examination to find out if its yeast infection .
