I am not able to speak, during eating food, I feel like obstacle which stop food in my throat. Why is so happening.? Suggests me best doctor in Patna and my disease from which I am suffering.
As per my clinical experience, the pain and swelling in throat with difficulty in passage of food may be related to various possibilities such as: - Acute inflammation of tonsils - Adenoiditis - Narrowing of esophagus - Neurologic disorders - Others
Primary check up with ENT specialist and indirect laryngoscopy is mandatory with requirement of Barium swallow as per the clinician concern. Pain relief with: - Gargles of salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil - Analgesic as ibuprofen with acetaminophen after meals - Preferring more liquids to consume - Quit smoking or alcohol if consuming
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
