For pain and swelling in toes due to injury you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or ampoxin after an expert opinion along with combiflam or ibugesic-plus for swelling and inflammation. Do hot water fomentation over it. if not relieved than go for x-ray of foot.
