Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tightness In Penis Post Rough Intercourse

During sex (femal on top) my penis slipped out and was somewhat bent/sat on. Now my penis itself it s fine but the muscle that is used to (hands free) move my penis is in a ton of pain. When ever I tighten that muscle the pain is crazy. And also it seems that my scrotum has swollen and my left testicle is in a little bit of pain(not bad). Is this just a bad strain? And will it fade with rest and heat and Ice? Or should I be more concerned and actually go to the doctors. Please help me I m so worried

Hi,

My opinion is that it is muscle injury to your penis. Just relax and take muscle relaxant like Tab Serratiopeptidase twice in a day for 5 days. Avoid sexual intercourse for that period. You will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pramod Kokare, General & Family Physician
