Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Shoulder

I been having this pain in my left shoulder for three weeks. It sends a tingling feeling down my arm to my hand. If I lay down it doesn t hurt as bad as when I m sitting up. I been to the e.r they gave me some muscle relaxers and pain meds. Which seem not to be working.

These symptoms and signs are usually present in cervical spondylosis, or in diabetes neuritis. Take an X-ray cervical spine AP / Lat view or CT neck. Blood sugar levels. Do neck relaxation physiotherapy.
