Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As this is a gym injury I will advise you to undergo physiotherapist close by who can assess you and help you regain the joint stability and muscle strength. The free exercises are more helpful in the initial stages of the exercise. Post which resistance band training for joint stability and correction of muscle imbalance is advised. This will even help regain muscle strength and avoid the joint inflammation and thereby avoid pains.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
