Suggest Treatment For Pain Around The Kidney Area For A 69-year-old

Hi I am a 69 year old female and had a fall after standing on grandsons moving toy train. Pain around kidney area and middle is bad when standing but when sitting it is pain that I have never experienced before. when I realised I was going to fall I stretched out to save myself. It might be due to muscle spasm.
Oral NSAIDS and analgesic spray or gel to the affected area.
