General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having osteo-artheritis of left knee joint producing stiffness and restricted movements at the joint.
Go for x-ray knee joints for osteoartheritis.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile go for Patellar and thigh muscles exercises.
Avoid squatting position or do not bend your joint more than 90 degree.
Ok and take care.
