Suggest Treatment For Pain At Base Of Neck And Belching Upon Pressure

Hi, I am a 33 year old woman. Since I was a child headaches were frequent. In the last couple years it has been more frequent in the lower back part of my head, where I feel the pressure and need to massage and lately when I do that I start belching a lot. I put pressure in the pain and I start belching a lot... why?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The headaches and belching may not be related unless the discomfort in the abdomen is severe and causing headaches due to tension/stress.

Belching is normally related to: diet (gas producing foods), constipation, reflux, celiac disease, lactose intolerance
One of these may be the cause.

Using reflux meds, even if there are no symptoms of reflux may help with the gas and belching.

I hope this helps
