General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There can be many causes. Routine tests can be done, post-infection antibodies can be a reason. ENT examination can be done once. There is one programme optimising energy levels, 'Art of Living' is only designed for pain. Patients with chronic pain or non-resolving pain get benefited from this. Research shows promising results via unknown mechanism, she can join this also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
