Suggest Treatment For Pain At The Bottom Of My Right Testicle

Hello, I have been having varying pain at the bottom of my right testicle for several months now. I have been to several doctors including urologists, taken antibiotics, had a negative ultrasound but nobody seems to be able to tell me what is wrong they all say it is nothing or a virus that will go away eventually. To me it feels like something is loose and hanging from the bottom of my right testicle - any advice please?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the chronic pain at bottom of right testicle can be part of varicocele of the testicular vessels. Many of the times, ultrasound report would turn out to be normal when there is no procedure to evaluate blood circulation (called Doppler) is being performed. Kindly share your reports as PDF or JPG file during follow up conversation so that I can guide you further better way to head up with solution of this agony.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
