Suggest Treatment For Pain Behind My Left Side Of Tonsils

hi 9 months ago i stopped chewing tobacco and could not control it and soon after 3 months i started it again and also i used to smoke 2 to 3 cigarettes everyday then after 1 month it started paining very badly in my left side of the neck , tonsils infection and congestion in right side of the nose. then i visited a doctor he was able to cure my tonsils infection but my throat was still paining so he did and a small endoscopy and said that i am having a LPR after that he gave me some medicines then after that i visited him 2 more times in the duration of one month but he was unable to cure my neck pain so stopped going to him. now 5 months have passed the pain in neck has gone . but it pains very badly behind my left side or tonsils and my mouth tests bitter. i still chew tobbaco and smoke a cigarette once in 2 or 3 days. also i fell relieved when i chew cardamom and when i wind a towel around my neck. what must i do to get relief for ever.
