General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, I would like to ask:
1. Is there any fever?
2. is there any joint pain?
3. is there any headache, fatigue, cough?

Secondly, I would like to give some tests:
1. complete blood count (CBC) including C-reactive protein (CRP)
2. Test for anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)
3. Kidney Function Test
4. Liver Function Test
5. Urine analysis
6. If possible, Angiogram

Diagnosis points 1-5 are primary for now. If they give some indication, we can go for No. 6 point and Vessel tissue biopsy. If possible for you, then also do No. 6 diagnosis. I tried to check everything and these tests will surely give us some evidence based on which we can go further to treat you.

Thirdly, some guidelines to follow:
- Prednisone 20mg orally once a day after your test are done.

Lastly, please post the answers and test results here again. Any doctor can tell whether to continue the above therapy of Prednisone or to change the dosage or the drug. Do not worry. I have not left you untreated. Diagnostic tests are extremely necessary. Also, do not delay in doing those.

Hope I have answered your query. Any further question, please feel free to ask.

Thank you and wish you a good health.

Regards,
