Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some problem with TM joint like lax TM joint muscles or loose TM joint producing typical pain while wide opening mouth.
Avoid chewing hard stuff or avoid big yawning.
Put your hand on this place while sneezing or yawning.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
