Suggest Treatment For Pain Caused By Anal Fissures
I have been to the doctor 3 times 1st I was told I have an Anal Fissure & to use Dilitazem Gel 2% 3 times a day also using Lidocaine to numb the pain. The Lidocaine is was not numbing the pain so I went back and that s when I was told I have Small Hemorrhoids and to use Anosul Supporities HC and use Tucks medicated pads after each bowel movement. I go back to the doctor the next day due to I now feel a lump on the outside of my anal that hurts really bad! They did an X-ray on my stomach to see if I was backed up I was then told that I was backed up but not to worry. So I have tried Sitz baths , Preparation H, Witch Hazel , Mulax , NOTHING IS REDUCING THE PAIN! Help!!!
0.4 per percent Rectiv ointment or Nitroglycerin 375 mg once with finger on lesions up to first join insertion no further 12 hourly for maximum 2 weeks. If symptoms persist for 3 weeks of all these treatments, then surgery is indicated. Take care of your diet and avoid constipation at any cost! Do examinations required! Breathing exercises with treatment reduces pain too.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
