I have a small and very painful cut down below between the entrance to my vagina and anus and have for about 3 weeks. I have been putting sudocrem on on a night which sometimes helps but when I go to the toilet again it opens up and there are very tiny dots of blood on the toilet paper. Sex has become excruciatingly painful because of this and haven't had it for a few days. I have tried to research on the internet but found nothing, other than hundreds of other people with the same problems and no answers other than to keep it dry and use vaseline - also herpes!? I have had the same sexual partner for 5 years now and neither of us have been with anyone else so it can't be an sti or anything. Please help its getting really annoying now! I had thrush at Christmas for the 1st time due to antibiotics for tonsillitis.
