i have disc prolapse of L3- L4, L4-L5, L5-S1, LUMBO SACRAL SPINE , THIS IS result of MRI report. I have the problem of left side leg back side only internal nervical pain from the hip to foot as well as total body above hip is getting twist of lateral bending towards right. Now i am facing this problem for the last 5 months. This problem is the coming under the category of scoliosis or only due to the disc prolapse. I have taken the Ayurveda treatment for back muscle strengthening and pain relief. BUT STILL small bend is observed. KINDLY ADVICE US FOR 100% CURABLE.
