Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Head Injury

Hi I hit my forehead yesterday I have a bruise there felt ok just sore, I fell and hit my chin hard bit my tongue there was a little bit hanging off hardly any so ain't been to see about it, been cutting trees down today and a big branch fell on the top of my head felt sore a few hours later been sick feel really tired should I take pain killers and go and lie down or go and see about it.

Given the fact you've already had 2 good stiff blows to the head as you've described I think you know the answer that a doctor is almost OBLIGED to tell you. And that is, to change your clothes, wash up a bit...get the bird's nest out of your hair with any eggs that may have fallen on you from that branch and get yourself to a doctor to get checked out. You may have suffered a concussion and don't want to mask anything by taking medication for the pain. Good luck.
