Hello, I had wire put into my metatarsals 3 and 4 on Jan. 28. 2015. The stitches were removed two weeks later but still dissolving stitches were coming out. The last couple of days the pain has been terrible on the 4th metatarsal. I was checking out the would were the stitches were and pus was coming out. There are two raised bumps and pus is coming out of them. Is this normal?
