Suggest Treatment For Pain From Knee To Hips

EXTREME pain started 6 weeks ago from the knee down and then up to hips and now in forarm. It literaaly feels like the bones are being crushed. Done all test imaginable with no avail. On lyrica and pain meds that don't alliviate any of this aweful pain. Doctor's here have no clue what is wrong.
