Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen And Belly While Suffering From Irregular Periods
sir, Good morning, my wife age 21years . she is now a problem regarding menstrual period ir-regularly,due to this she having now abdomen PAIN & BELLY pain. as per our nearby doctor he advise to take Meftal Spas(Mefenamic Acid 250mg and the anti-spasmodic Dicyclomine 10mg) tablet for relief pain. kindly suggest .

If Patient had come to me with same complaints then i would have adviced her to take opinion from gynaecologist ,if everything would have come out to be normal then i would have advised following treatment:
1.Syp Amycordial 2 tsf twice daily for 2-3 months
2.Cap Tagar 1cap every night for 15 days
