Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen And Nausea

Hi. For months I have had constant severe pain in my upper left abdomen. It gets worse when I eat. Occasionally its on the right. I normally have nausea or vomiting with it because the pain is so severe. I have had blood work and a CT scan done... It reports nothing. Any idea what is going on? Its very bothersome I cannot stand it.
