Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen When Diagnosed With Endometriosis
I was diagnosed with Endometriosis last year. Lately i have been feeling really weak, I have pain in my abdomen when i move, my nipples are sore, and Im very nauseous. Today is the day of my expected period and my test came out negative. What could be wrong?

Do you have taken any treatment for endometriosis ???
USG can be done for further work up here...
For endometriosis hormonal pill can be prescribed...
If your period is delayed than urinary pregnancy test by card can be done but it will be positive seven to ten days of period If conception occurred
USG will also help in rule out fibroid, ovarian cyst if present
According to cause your further course of action decided
