I have a pain in the back of my head where if I jerk my head around too fast or just stretch funny, it s like something pops and I can hear it. I feel a rush of heat in the region where it occurred and usually lightheadedness and lots of pain. Sometimes my vision gets a bit blurred.
Cervical spondylosis is an age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal discs in your neck. As the discs dehydrate and shrink, signs of osteoarthritis develop, including bony projections along the edges of bones.X ray neck may be required to rule out cervical spondylosis.
Sudden neck movements,Neck turning movements or jumping should be avoided which may aggravate the head rush.
