Hello,
Pain in the back is commonly due to
muscle strain,
slipped disc, degenerative
disc disease, poor posture, sedentary lifestyle, compression of nerve roots, improper movement of the spinal joints, damage to the inter-vertebral discs, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an orthopedics. Get CT, MRI, X-ray done. Get treated at the earliest. In the meantime, since the pain moves from left to right, it can be due to gastritis. You can take PPI's,
Pantoprazole - 40mg, one SOS when discomfort for relieve.
For relief from backache take Combiflam or Acetaminnophen (Tylenol), one SOS when needed. For throat discomfort, gargle with warm salt water 2-3 times a day. Take antihistamines, one SOS when needed for relieve from allergy. If discomfort continues you may take a course of antibiotics (
Augmentin or Doxycyline).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
