Suggest Treatment For Pain In Belly Button

Hi Doctor im daday i need some advise about the tickling pain i have in my belly button it happens when i pull some dirt on my belly button is a black,hard,small i dont know what is it i just pull it out to clean,it doesnt bleed but i felt a tickling pain when i move my left side of my feet@i often go to the bathroom to have some urination,can you give me some advise on this?
