Suggest Treatment For Pain In Buttocks And Vagina

I fell very hard on my buttocks and have had terrible pain in butt and vagina for two weeks. I have taken warm baths, used ice, and over the counter pain med such as Tylenol, Ibprofen with little relief. I cannot stand or sit for very long. Laying down is best. My Dr. Has been out of town, and just don t know what more I can do.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You likely need stronger pain medication and may also need imaging to take a look at the coccyx and possibly the pelvic bones.

You may want to try alternative pain medication such as aleve or ketorlac which may help. You can consider combining with the tylenol since they are from different drug families.

I hope this helps

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be nonspecific pain some time this may be due to muscular spasm and this might be referred in vaginal area, in my opinion this can be well managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
