Suggest Treatment For Pain In Center Of Chest And Left Arm

HI, I been having a ache like feeling in the center of my chest and my left arm has been aching off and on. my arm only aches on my shoulder elbow and sometimes my wrist and fingers and I have a burning feeling between my shoulder and elbows at times.The Dr did a ekg,blood work and took xrays and everything came back normal so why does my chest and arm still hurt

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion it is muscular pain only.
Since your cardiac and pulmonary work up Is normal, it seems muscular pain mostly.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in muscular pain.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
