Suggest Treatment For Pain In Chest

I am feeling yearning and feeling sleepy. I am feeling pain in my chest when I put hot water it will go to another place in the chest. When I put hot water to that another place it leaves that place and go to another place in the chest. What could have been the problem?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to any disease but this could be nonspecific, it may age and gender related and it is not being given here, stress could be the reason, or it could be hyperacidity, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
