Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ear And Throat

do you have any ideas to get rid of throat and ear pain it first started in December when i had a respiratory infection went away in January and came back in February every time go to my doctors appointment all, they do is swab my throat for strep it comes back negative all the time and they say they don t see anything in my ear or throat.on Monday they said it looked a little red so they gave me an allergy medicine on Friday i went again because it got worse this time to the actual hospital not urgent care but now it really hurting me a i don t know what to do can you tell me something that might help.(IM 12 )
