Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ears And Dizziness

I have had an achy ear for the past 2 days, but today has been a lot worse. I have taken solphadeine to try and take the pain away, which did not work, so I then tried decongestants and ibruprofen, which also did not work. My ear has been cracking and popping all day, so I then applied heat to try and relieve the pain, which has calmed the pain down a bit. I have also been getting a bit of dizziness (which might be low sugar levels as I have not wanted to eat tooth as o have been feeling unwell). I then felt a little bit of wetness inside my ear, so I put a little bit of cotton wool in (I didn t put it far down my ear) and had a yellowy greens substance come out of it, then around 5 hours later felt it again, but this time it was browny/red, like a bloody substance, so this has naturally worried me. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the ear symptoms does not subsides even after specific treatment then it could be some wax impaction could be there and it may be along with some fungal infection and which really needs ear canal cleaning and without this pain may not be subsided, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
