General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The pain in genital area is referred pain from stent end in the bladder region.
* Though primary care with analgesic and urinary alkaliser, antibiotics to prevent secondary infection are best remedy; the ultimate solution is removal of stent if its function is over or change of stent if it is still further needed for healing of pyeloplasty.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
