I have pain in my groin, buttock, & hip and it goes down my leg with a tingling sensation to my toes. I have early stages of degenerative disc disease. I also have fai hips w/ mild a osteoarthritis. What do you think is going on with the symtoms I told you?
Hi, From history it seems that you got pinched nerve pressure producing due to degenerative changes in lower vertebrae giving rise Sciatica pain, tingling sensation etc. Go for physiotherapy like back extension exercises, short way diathermy and if require lumbar traction. Take Calcium, vitamin B1, B6, B12 capsules or shots. Avoid lifting heavy weight and more bending from back. Ok and take care.
