Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hands
My mother 58 years old she complains daily pain in her hands the pain feels like someone has beaten her hand can not find the cause yes she is a bit anemic pain then resolve on its own after sometime but it happens every day please let me know possible causes and treatment Thanks !

It may be due to blunt trauma.
For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.
Heating pads also help.
In case of not getting relief, you may require an X-ray of hand after orthopedician consultation.
