Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip Joint

I'm having pain at the femur-hip joint (right) since May, 2010. Doesn't affect normal life. When right foot is turned outwards it aches. X-ray normal, CRP, ESR and other routine blood tests normal. The pain is ignorable, but it is there. Kindly advise.
