Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip, Thigh And Leg Due To Arachnoiditis

I have been diagnosed with arachnoiditis three yrs ago. I take lyrca, tramadol and I have a stimulator. I still have pain in my hip, thigh, leg and bottom of my foot. My pain management doctor does know why I am having the pain running down the leg and she says the stimulator show be working. can you give me an advice

Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of a compression of sciatic nerve. For this reason, I recommend performing a lumbar spine MRI in order to investigate on the possible causes. In the meantime, I recommend taking Pregabalin or duloxetine for the pain. You should discuss with your doctor on the above treatment options.
