Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Scapular Area, Left Arm Pit And Neck

I have been dealing with pain in my left scapular area, left arm pit, and neck. I have had a cervical MRI and it was found that I have a pinched nerve between the 5th and 6th vertebrae. I have been to physical therapy and have also had cortisone shots in the shoulder blade area however the pain is not going away. I have been to both an orthopedic and neurosurgeon, however both seem baffled as to what is causing the pain, especially under my arm pit. my daughter who is a DPT feels it could be thoracic outlet syndrome. Your thoughts.
